“Lie to Me” Writer Steps Down

Writer Kim Ye Ri, who was  a script writer for SBS’s “Lie to Me“, has stepped down  because of health reasons.

The last script written by Kim Ye Ri was the 10th episode, which aired last week, and writer Choi Yoon Jung filled in starting with the 11th episode. Consequently,  the sudden replacement many questioned if the change occurred because of the declining ratings.

An official from SBS stated, “Low ratings is not the writer’s fault and is not a problem for which the writer is responsible. It is just that she could not write anymore because of her health.”
